PIZZA HOTDISH 
4 to 6 c. diced raw potatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Place potatoes in bottom of buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine Cheddar cheese soup with 1/2 can milk and pour over potatoes. Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, onion and oregano and place over top of cheese soup. Top with tomato soup. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

NOTE: Potatoes may be precooked, then bake for 1 hour.
