PORK CHOP HOTDISH 
5 to 6 pork chops
3 to 4 potatoes, sliced very thin
1 to 2 cans Scotch broth soup

Brown chops, slice potatoes. Put soup in 9 x 13 pan. Add 1/2 cup of water. Add chops and spread potatoes. Cover and bake for an hour. Checking to see if more water is needed. If potatoes are not thin the cooking time may have to be lengthened.
