CHILI-CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
16 oz. can Hormel hot chili without beans
16 oz. jar medium or hot chunky salsa
Tortilla chips

Brown ground beef and drain. Cut cheese in small chunks. Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high 1 hour, stirring occasionally and making sure cheese melts. Serve hot over tortilla chips.
