PEACH CUSTARD CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
1 (#303) can peaches, drained but saved
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. peach juice
1 egg
1 c. milk

Mix first three ingredients and press into bottom and sides of a 8 x 8 inch pan just like a pie crust. Add sliced peaches and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Mix peach juice, egg and milk together and pour over peaches. Bake 30 minutes longer. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
