BOSTON BAKED BEANS 
5 lbs. beans
2 lbs. salt pork
5 tsp. salt
20 tbsp. molasses
30 tbsp. brown sugar
5 tsp. dry mustard
2-3 onions
3-4 c. boiling water

Oven temperature 300 degrees. Time 7 hours. (Serves 40-50.)

Soak beans overnight. Drain and put in pot. Cut pork into cubes and slice onions and bury in beans. Combine seasonings, mix with water. Pour over beans. Cover and bake. Add water when necessary.
