MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 qt. strawberry ice cream, soft
1 (6 oz.) prepared graham cracker crust
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed

Spoon softened ice cream into crust. Spread whipped cream over ice cream. Freeze until firm (4 hours). Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with whole strawberries, if desired. Makes 8 - 10 servings.

NOTE: Store any leftover pie in freezer.
