MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 c. heavy whipping cream
2 9" graham cracker crust

Whip cream and let it set in refrigerator for a while. Combine sugar, egg whites, strawberries, vanilla, lemon juice and salt. Beat in mixing bowl at high speed until fluffy. Fold in whip cream and pile mixture into pie crust. Put in freezer for 2 hours, after pie is frozen wrap in foil.
