1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Crush cookies into fine powder. Cream the cream cheese and add powdered sugar. Set aside. Make pudding as directions say and fold in Cool Whip. Mix Cool Whip/pudding mixture with cream cheese mixture. Mix well.

Layer cookies, filling, cookies into a container or 9 x 13 inch pan as many layers as you want, ending with cookies on top. Refrigerate.
