1 box of Oreo cookies, crushed
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 plastic pot/silk flower

Mix all ingredients except cookies. Place the layer of cookies then a layer of pudding mixture, then another layer of cookies and so on in the plastic flower pot. Place the crushed cookies on the top. Place flower in the pot.
