HELOISE'S PINEAPPLE YAMS 
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can yams
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. raisins
Marshmallows
1/2 c. cool water
2 tbsp. flour

Drain liquid from yams, pouring 1/2 cup of the liquid into a pan. Add crushed pineapple, honey, brown and white sugar, nutmeg and raisins. Bring it all to a boil and slowly add flour that has been mixed with water. Cook it until the mixture has thickened slightly. Arrange the yams in a baking dish, pour the mixture over them and bake them about 35 minutes at 350 degrees. (Set dish on a cookie sheet in case of boil over.) The last 5 minutes of baking time, cover the potatoes with marshmallows and bake until they are lightly browned.
