CRAZY CRUST TACO 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2-1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg

Brown hamburger in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Add onion. Saute until brown. Stir in next beans, chili powder, Tabasco sauce, tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt in bowl, stirring 60-70 strokes. Spread dough in thin layer over bottom and thicker layer over side of greased 9 inch pie plate. Fill with hamburger mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Garnish with grated cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and taco sauce. Cut into thin slices.
