1/2 c. cornflakes crumbs
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. finely diced onion
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 loaves brown and serve French bread (9-11 inch long)
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Mix meat. Spread on cut side of each loaf. Spread 1/4 of mixture to edges. Place on baking sheet, crust side down. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until beef is done. Top with cheese during last 5 minutes.
