GINGERBREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1/8 c. warm water
1 c. boiling water

Beat eggs together. Mix in sugar, molasses, spices and salt. Add oil, flour and soda. Beat well. Add boiling water. Beat again. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.

Bread loaf pan can also be used. Bake 10 to 20 minutes longer. Do the toothpick test to check if done. Toothpick must come out clean after being inserted in center of loaf.
