1 can Comstock apple pie filling
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. honey
2 eggs
1/3 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Optional: 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients well. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
