SWEET POTATO BAKE 
1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
sweet potatoes
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water

Tear biscuits open and roll out each piece. Cut sweet potatoes in 1/4 inch thick slices, use potatoes 1 1/2 inches in diameter and put 2 slices stacked upon rolled out biscuit. Fold biscuit together and press edges together. Melt butter in baking dish and dip both sides of biscuit and lay in butter. Mix sugar and water and bring to boil. Pour over biscuits. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350°F about 25 minutes. Use 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
