GERMAN APPLE PANCAKES 
1/2 stick butter
2 c. sliced apples, sliced thin
1 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
2 eggs

Saute apples in butter until clear. Mix together milk, flour and eggs and add to apple mixture. Oil or butter teflon 10"x15" pan with sides. Put pan in preheated oven to warm up pan. Pour in mixture. Bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes until brown. Spread currant jelly and confectioners' sugar. Fold and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Cut in squares.
