2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. pumpkin

Sift together first 4 ingredients, set aside. Beat eggs, add pumpkin. Mix all together. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done.

PUMPKIN CAKE ICING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar
1 c. walnuts

CAKE: Mix all together.

ICING: Mix all together. Place walnuts on top if desired.
