ROAST POTATOES 
2 lbs. new potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary
2 tbsp. oil (olive or corn)

Quarter potatoes. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes in 8 x 8 inch pan. Toss to coat. Cook 20 to 30 minutes in a 450 degree oven. 4 to 6 servings.
