SUTTON PLACE POTATOES 
1 lb. potatoes, red bliss
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pinch dried, leaf rosemary
2 sprigs fresh parsley
1/4 c. soya oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash potatoes and quarter them. Place in a roasting pan and coat evenly with oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt and pepper.

Roast in a 400 degree oven until tender. Cool and garnish with chopped parsley.
