EASY ROASTED POTATOES 
Potatoes, cut in cubes with or without skins
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. rosemary
Pinch of parsley & oregano
Salt & pepper to taste

Set oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle chopped garlic and olive oil. Coat potatoes well. Sprinkle rosemary and parsley and oregano. Bake for 25-35 minutes until tender. Add pepper and you can omit salt.
