GELATIN MOLD 
1 lg. strawberry gelatin
1 lg. cranberry sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Dissolve Jello and salt with boiling water. Add cranberry sauce which you have mashed with spoon until smooth. Let gelatin firm up in refrigerator for about 1 hour and add mandarin oranges and nuts. Nice in Tupperware 4 cup mold. Makes 16 slices.
