JELLO GELATIN CRANBERRY MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (any red flavor)
3/4 c. canned pineapple juice
1 (8 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c. diced apples or celery
1/3 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple juice and cranberries. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill in a mold until firm. Unmold it makes 3 1/2 cups or 10 servings. Recipe may be doubled, but only use 1 cup pineapple juice.
