UPSIDE DOWN RHUBARB CHERRY CAKE 
White cake mix without pudding
4 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Mix cake mix according to the box. Put rhubarb in a 9"x13" pan. Put sugar, tapioca and Jello over rhubarb then add 1 can cherry pie filling and spread over and pour cake batter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
