4 slices bread
butter, softened
4 slices lunch meat
2 slices processed American cheese

Spread bread with butter. Put meat on bread. Cut out shapes of diamonds, hearts, stars or half moons from centers of cheese slices with cookie cutters. Put cheese shapes on the meat on 2 of the sandwiches. Put the rest of cheese on the other 2 sandwiches. The meat shows through the space in the cheese, making a silhouette of the cutout. Makes 4 "open-face" sandwiches. Fun to make! Fun to eat! Try different cookie cutters for different shapes!
