CREAMED TURKEY 
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. cooked turkey (cut into cubes)

Melt butter in large skillet. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until completely blended. Over medium heat, stirring constantly, slowly add milk. Bring to a boil. Stir in turkey and Worcestershire sauce. Continue cooking until thickened. Serve over biscuits or toast.
