SOUR CREAM TURKEY SUPREME 
7 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Approximately 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
1 med. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato saucetbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. snipped parsley
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in skillet over medium-heat heat until hot. Crumble turkey into skillet, stir in onion and garlic. Cook until turkey is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese and oregano. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes.

Grease 9x13x2 inch rectangular pan. Mix sour cream, cream cheese and parsley. Layer macaroni, sour cream mixture and turkey mixture in pan; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake 35 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
