CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
(Choose 2 of the above soup)
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm mix (dressing), mix as directed

Boil chicken until done. Cool and remove from bone (save broth). Saute 1 onion, 4 or 5 celery sticks and add to dressing. Mix 2 soups with 1 can of chicken broth. Heat until warm; mix well. Put 1/2 dressing in pan; add 1/2 chicken. Pour 1/2 soup mixture over. Add rest of chicken, dressing, soup in layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
