CHICKEN BROCCOLI POTAGE 
1 sm. fryer, cut up
6 c. water
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz.)
2 c. milk

Combine chicken, water, onion and salt in large pan. Cover and simmer 40-50 minutes until tender. Remove skin and bones from chicken; cut chicken in bite-sized pieces. Skim fat from broth. Add chicken, potatoes and seasoning mix from package and broccoli to broth. Simmer 30-40 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Add milk; heat gently. 6 to 8 bowls of soup.
