MACARONI SALAD | |
1 c. dry elbow macaroni 2 c. chopped or cubed ham 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can Milnot condensed milk Enough grated cheese for top Cook macaroni just until tender and drain. Put into sprayed or greased casserole. Chop and saute onion in skillet using bit of oil or butter. Mix cubed ham with onion, then add to macaroni in casserole. Stir, then add can of cream of mushroom soup, can of Milnot milk. Mix all by hand until just blended together. Put shredded or grated cheese over top of all ingredients. Put in 300 degree oven just long enough to melt cheese. Serve warm - we like this and my club group used it for a brunch. |
