CREAMED ONIONS 
2 cans onions
6 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Melt butter, blend flour and salt. Add milk. Cook, stirring, until mixture is thick and bubbly. Add cheese. Cook until melted. Add onions to sauce and heat.

Good at Thanksgiving.
