1 1/4 c plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c oil
1 c sugar
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a loft pan and bake at 3350°F for 1 hour.

Mmmm, good.
