CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chili powder
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 cans (15 oz. each) tomato sauce
2 jars (8 oz. each) mild or med. taco sauce
2 cans (15 oz. each) kidney beans, drained & rinsed

Cook beef in Dutch oven over high heat, stirring to break up meat, until no longer pink. Add onions and cook until translucent. Stir in garlic and chili powder, tomato sauce and taco sauce; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in kidney beans and heat through. Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese. Makes 10 servings.
