AUTUMN'S CHILI DIP | |
1 to 2 lb. ground beef Onion Garlic salt Salt and pepper 1 pkg. Chili-o-dry mix 1 can tomato sauce and about 1 can water Green Ortego chilies, diced (optional) 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese (cut in chunks) Taco or hot chili sauce (optional) Brown ground beef, onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Drain excess fat. Add Chili - O - Dry Mix, tomato sauce and water. Place in crock pot on low. Add green ortego chilies and Velveeta. If you want it hotter add taco or hot chili sauce to your taste. |
