IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
12 slices bacon (about 1/2 lb.), crisply fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute.

Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (50-55 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
