PIZZA PARTY 
1 pkg. (1 tbsp.) active dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water (at 110 degrees)
4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. warm tap water
1/4 c. olive oil
Tomato sauce
Mild Cheddar, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack or other grated cheese
Mushrooms, pepperoni, or other toppings

Dissolve the yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water and let it rest for a few minutes until bubbly. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, yeast mixture, warm water and olive oil. Mix well, knead adding more flour as needed until dough is soft and silky and not sticky. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel and let rise until double. Punch down and shape on pizza pans. Top with sauce, cheese and desired toppings. Bake 20-30 minutes at 450 degrees. Yield: 2 medium pizzas.
