PEAS IN SOUR CREAM 
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. cooked peas

Saute onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add sugar, flour, salt and pepper and blend. Stir in cream and milk. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice and peas and heat through.
