GRANOLA BARS 
1/2 c. honey
2/3 c. peanut butter
2 2/3 c. granola

Boil honey 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, then granola. Be sure granola is well coated. Spread in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Healthy treats that kids love!

Options: Add 3/4 cup raisins. Add 3/4 cup chocolate chips or frost with 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup butterscotch chips melted in double boiler. Spread on top of granola. Refrigerate until set.
