3 fresh lemons or limes
1 c. honey
2 eggs, well beaten
1 pt. whipped cream

Cook juice, honey and eggs until thick and clear. Cool. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream that has been stiffly beaten. Can cut recipe in half for smaller salad.
