"MOM'S" PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 c. milk
2 egg whites
1 single crust pie shell

Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix remaining ingredients. Fold in whites. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake until done (40 minutes more).
