MOM'S RHUBARB PIE 
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. rhubarb

Mix sugar and flour and add beaten eggs. Add rhubarb and melted butter and let stand. It will form its own juice. Put in prepared pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and then 350 degrees until done.
