3 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 med. bananas
1 egg white

Measure flour and sugar. Mix together in baking powder. Separate egg whites from yolks, beat yolks slightly. Heat milk. When hot add about 1/4 of it to flour mixture. Add egg yolks. Mix well and add to rest of milk. Cook in dripping pan until mixture thickens. Add 1 beaten egg white gradually. Add bananas.
