CHOCOLATE - PEANUT BUTTER
DESSERT
 
1st Layer:

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
2/3 c. chopped, dry, roasted nuts

Mix and press into 9x13-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Let cool.

2nd Layer:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

Cream first three ingredients together. Fold in 1/2 Cool Whip. Spread over 1st layer.

3rd Layer:

2 3/4 c. milk
1 box vanilla
1 box chocolate instant pudding

Mix together and spread over 2nd layer.

4th Layer: Top all layers with remaining Cool Whip and Hershey bar, chipped, and/or nuts.
