2 c. flour 2 sticks butter, melted 1 c. chopped pecans Press into pan; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. SECOND LAYER: 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. Cool Whip 1/2 c. peanut butter 2 c. powdered sugar Mix and spread on cool crust. THIRD LAYER: 2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding 4 1/2 c. milk Mix and spread on second layer. TOPPING: 8 oz. Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. coconut (optional) |
