PORK STEAK AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
6 slices of pork
8 oz. wide egg noodles
2 cans chicken and rice soup
1 green pepper, chopped
2 med. diced onions
4 oz. mushrooms

Cook noodles and drain. (Do not cook noodles too long as they will cook a long time later.) Brown pork. Saute onions, green pepper and mushrooms. Grease casserole. Line bottom of casserole with noodles, next pork, pepper, onions and mushrooms layered. Pour soup over all ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
