SPICED PECANS 
1/4 c. butter (butter)
2 med. cloves garlic, mashed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Dash hot-red-pepper sauce (optional)
2 c. pecan halves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add all remaining ingredients except pecans. Heat 1 minute longer, stirring to blend. Add pecans to butter mixture, stirring until nuts are well coated.

Spread pecan mixture on a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan or baking sheet. Bake, stirring occasionally, 12-15 minutes, or until pecans are lightly toasted. Makes 2 cups.
