2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. butter
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten

Heat broccoli long enough to break apart; drain well. Melt butter and add stuffing mix, reserve 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top. Blend corn, seasonings, beaten eggs, broccoli and 1 1/2 cups of stuffing mixture together and pour into casserole. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup reserved stuffing and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes after removing from oven.
