ZESTY CORN STUFFING BALLS 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 tbsp. butter
1 (17 oz.) creamed corn
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. (3 c.) herb seasoned croutons
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter

Saute onion and celery in 4 tablespoons butter. Add corn, water and seasonings. Boil. Pour over croutons. Toss. Stir in eggs. Put in balls. Place in baking dish. Cover with melted butter. Bake 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
