CHOCOLATE CANDY PIZZA
1/2 lb. white almond bark candy coating
8 oz. chocolate chips

1/2 cup each:

Salted peanuts
Miniature marshmallows
Crispy rice cereal
Coconut
Maraschino cherries, cut in half

Reserve 2 ounces of the almond bark for decoration. Place remaining almond bark and chocolate chips in a large glass bowl. Heat in the microwave at 50% power for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until melted. Remove from microwave and add peanuts, marshmallows, rice cereal, and coconut. Stir well.

Immediately pour mixture out onto a piece of buttered waxed paper or aluminum foil, which has been taped to a cookie sheet. Spread the candy into a large circle (about 1/2 inch thick) to resemble a pizza. Place the halved cherries on top of the chocolate.

In a small bowl, heat the remaining almond bark at 50% power for 2 minutes or until it is thin enough to drizzle on top of the pizza to resemble cheese. This can be made into smaller heart shapes for valentine gifts or smaller, individual pizzas for anytime gifts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
