3/4 c. mashed potatoes or instant potatoes
1 lb. coconut
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. almond extract

Mix and chill and then make in ball after you make coating and then dip in chocolate coating.

COATING:

6 oz. chocolate chips
3 sq. semi sweet chocolate
2/3 bar paraffin

Melt in double boiler.
