MIRACLE CHEESE CAKE | |
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. butter, melted 1 c. boiling water 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. sugar 2 inner pkgs. graham crackers Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lemon juice and let cool. Crush graham crackers, mix with melted butter. Press 2/3 of mixture into 9"x13" pan. Cream softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add cooled gelatin mix; combine well. Whip evaporated milk and fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into graham lined pan. Sprinkle remaining graham crumbs on top. Chill dessert until firm enough to cut. (This is a terrific tasting, economical crowd pleaser.) |
